Drone Roof & Building Cleaning in Central Florida

Some roofs and building faces are simply too steep, too high or too risky for traditional access. Our drone softwash system lets us safely clean those areas from the ground while still delivering the coverage you need.

When Drone Cleaning Makes Sense

Drone softwash doesn’t replace every lift or ladder, but it is an excellent solution when access is limited or fall risk is high. Drone cleaning is especially useful for:

  • Steep tile roofs where walking is unsafe or not recommended
  • Multi-story condo and apartment buildings
  • Rehab centers, hotels and senior living with interior courtyards
  • Churches with tall steeples or complex roof lines
  • Metal roofs and facades over landscaping, water features or tight access areas

Safer

Drone cleaning reduces the need for roof walking, ladder work and heavy lift equipment. The aircraft applies a softwash solution while the crew controls everything from the ground.

Efficient

Large surfaces can be treated more quickly, especially on multi-story buildings, which helps minimize disruption for residents and guests.

Precise

The drone can reach angles and elevations that are difficult or expensive to access with traditional methods, providing consistent coverage across the surface.

How Drone Softwash Works

Our drone system is designed specifically for exterior cleaning. While the details vary by property, the basic process is:

  1. Site Assessment – We evaluate obstacles, access, overhead lines and no-fly concerns, then plan safe flight paths.
  2. Setup & Safety Perimeter – We establish a ground work zone, set cones and signs and brief the on-site team.
  3. Softwash Application – The drone applies a controlled detergent mix to the roof or wall surfaces while our ground crew monitors flow, coverage and surrounding conditions.
  4. Rinse & Final Check – Depending on the surface and weather, we may perform a targeted rinse and then review the results from ground level and, when appropriate, via photo or video.

FAA-Licensed, Safety-Focused Operations

Drone cleaning adds a layer of aviation rules on top of normal jobsite safety. We take that seriously:

  • All drone work is conducted under an FAA-licensed remote pilot in command
  • A trained ground safety observer monitors the aircraft, people and property
  • We coordinate with managers about no-fly areas, sensitive locations and scheduling
  • We follow manufacturer and industry guidelines for cleaning solutions and application

The goal is simple: safer access, cleaner surfaces and a professional experience for everyone on site.

Ideal Properties for Drone Cleaning

  • Multi-building condo and apartment communities
  • Senior living and rehab facilities with complex layouts
  • Churches and schools with tall or ornate roof structures
  • Commercial buildings with high parapet walls and metal roofs
  • Properties where lift access is limited or cost-prohibitive

Can Drone & Traditional Cleaning Work Together?

Yes. On many projects we use a combined approach – drone for high or difficult areas, and traditional softwash/pressure washing for lower levels, walkways, pool decks and ground-level details.
